If this is the case, we will verify your identity and certify the proper execution of your documents, as required by your solicitor/agent or mortgage company. Please keep in mind that we do not act as your lawyers or agents for the closing of the transaction or for the application of the mortgage, but solely as independent witnesses for the signing of the documents.
