If you are unable to find a guarantor for your Canadian permanent resident card application, we will certify your Statutory Declaration in Lieu of Guarantor (page 5 of the application), PR card photo, and copies of supporting documents, if required. Please bring two forms of photo identification bearing your signature as we will need to confirm your identity and administer a solemn declaration regarding the contents of the statutory declaration.
