Travel Documents

A Consent to Travel document is a letter from a child's parent or parents authorizing the child to travel without the other parent or without both parents. Border officials of many countries require that this letter be presented before they will allow a child who is not accompanied by both parents to enter or leave the country. We will either prepare and notarize a consent letter for you or notarize a letter that you have already prepared.

A Confirmation of Identity is a statutory declaration confirming who you are. It may be requested in situations where you are required to present a form of photo identification but cannot provide one (for example, applying for a visitor's visa or fulfilling an airline's boarding requirements). Likewise, a Confirmation of Birth is a statutory declaration that may be requested in situations where a birth certificate is required but you do not have one.
